When You Get Here

When you arrive in Fall City, it can be a little confusing as to where to meet up with your group and we want to make sure getting on the river is easy and safe for your party. Please follow the directions below for when you arrive in our town:

Parking and Carpooling

In according to the parking rules posted on our parking page, please park at either the in Fall City Community Park, the overflow lot, or on Neal Rd. Be sure to not block any emergency vehicle paths or obstruct no-parking signs.

Parking at our location is free and convenient. Even if you don't use our service or buy anything from our store, you can use our available parking. We encourage you to carpool on warm days since parking fills up early, even if you have a reservation.

Go to Our Store

At your reservation time, send the leaders of your group into our store. Our customer service rep will check you in, make sure all forms are electronically signed, and provide you with shuttle passes and any air fill tokens you are purchasing.

We have tubes, waterproof phone cases, and water shoes (among a ton of other great river tubing gear) available for sale in our store.

Grab Your Rentals or Fill your Tubes

Once check-in at the store is complete, you can grab all the tubes and coolers that you rented at the equipment trailers. Ensure that our crew at the trailers marks that you received your gear in our system and you get all the equipment you need (tubes, life-jackets, paddles).

The inflation station is on the side of the equipment trailers. You can fill up any tubes that you brought from home or at our store for just $3 per tube. Tokens must be purchased in the store.
